A customer service representative will evaluate the situation and organise assistance. If possible we will try to solve the problem over the phone.
Track your assistance
You'll receive a text message with a link to track our service vehicle en route to you. The roadside assistance agent will also call you to confirm the location.
We get you back on the road
Viking will attempt to solve the problem on the spot. If the problem can't be solved we will transport your vehicle for further repairs.
